Boise River Restoration is family-owned and family-run right here in the Treasure Valley. We didn’t start this company because we saw a market opportunity. We started it because too many of our neighbors were telling us the same story: they’d had a water or fire loss, gotten passed between a mitigation company and a builder who didn’t communicate, and ended up more stressed at the end of the process than they’d been at the beginning.
 

So we built a company that does it all — same crew, same manager, same phone number — from the moment the pipe bursts to the moment you sign off on the last coat of paint. It’s a simpler business model, and it’s a much better experience for the family whose house it happens to.
